Abbey College Manchester is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The College is within easy walking distance of the main public transport stations. Driving to the college is fairly straightforward but please note that they do not have any on-site car parking facilities. However, there is street parking available and several car parks within a few minutes walk of our front door, the closest of which is behind House of Fraser on Deansgate.

Boarding and Pastoral Care for Students:
Students aged 16 or above which starts the academic year, can stay in the Student Residence – Clydesdale Boarding House.
Clydesdale Boarding House is located in central Manchester, offering high-quality, safe accommodation within an 8-10 minute walk of Abbey College Manchester.
All rooms are en-suite with newly fitted modern bathrooms, each cluster (approx 10 rooms) has a large kitchen equipped with hobs and ovens and plenty of fridge and freezer space. There is a large communal lounge in each cluster with a 50-inch television, a corner sofa and a table for socialising, study and activities.
Clydesdale Boarding House has the following facilities and the cleaning of the kitchen is completed weekly.

Abbey College Manchester have exclusive accommodation on the top two floors of the building, with access restricted to their students and staff. There are 35 single rooms in separate clusters for girls and boys.
Boarding fees are included and all rooms contain:
- Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner all prepared by the in-house cook
- Large shared kitchen and fully equipped with a wide range of appliances such as ovens, toasters, kettles
- Large shared living area, with sofa, dining table and 50-inch television
- Good Wi-Fi connection

- Full-time Houseparents on-site 24 hours

Extracurricular Activities:
Most students study GCSE, A-level, or the International Foundation Programme pathways. Another exciting programme is Academic Studies with Football training which offers students the opportunity to combine GCSE, A-Level or the International Foundation Programme study with their passion for football.
