Bruton School for Girls is situated in the heart of Somerset in the Southwest England, .The school has Preparatory and Senior school, with international students from Year 4 to Year 13. There is only a small percentage of students come from Hong Kong. Many come from other countries, Although the 40-acre campus is not as spacious as other schools, the teachers can focus on the students as an unique individual and concentrate on what they want to achieve..The girls have more opportunities to take part in various activities and become women with confidence.
Academic Success:
Girls are encouraged to set challenging goals to display independence of thought and judgment. The school offers GCSE and A-Level with a wide range subjects including Music Technology and Psychology. The Geography, History, Religious Studies, Music and Modern Languages departments often work closely to offer the girls overseas opportunities. Drama is a popular subject at GCSE and A-Level, where students gain outstanding results. Many students take LAMDA examinations Grades 1-8 and beyond in different dramatic subjects, including Acting, Musical Theatre as well as Prose and Public Speaking. Only a few schools provide LAMDA for students in England especially in girls’ schools

Younger girls share dormitories while Year 10, Year 11 and Sixth Form students may enjoy their own study bedrooms or they can share with one other girl. The Medical Centre is situated within the school grounds, provides pastoral and health support and advice to girls and staff.
