Lomond School is a coeducational boarding school for boys and girls located in Helensburgh, Scotland. It takes about 1.5 hours by car from Glasgow Airport to Lomond School. The school currently has more than 360 students, and only 8% of them are international students. Lomond School was formed in 1977 by the merger of Larchfield Academy (founded in 1845) and St Bride's School for Girls (1895). Lomond School is also one of the member schools of Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference (HMC).

Lomond School’s dormitory Burnbrae is located right next to the main campus of Lomond School. The dormitory was completed in 2003. It is novel and beautiful. It can provide boarding services for 70 students aged 10-18 years old. Both double and single rooms have private bathrooms.
Extracurricular Activities:
Lomond School is close to the waterfront of Helensburgh, and Loch Lomond (Lochmond Lake) and Trossachs National Park. This unique geographical environment provides students with many opportunities to contact outdoor activities. The school especially performs well in water sports such as kayaking and windsurfing. . Lomond School places great emphasis on the importance of extracurricular activities in the process of student growth. The school arranges large-scale overseas study activities for all students every year.
