Woldingham School is big Roman Catholic girls’ boarding school provides education for 11-18 years old girl, which is located in Surrey., formerly known as the Sacred Heart convent and it takes .There is a train station on campus only 45 minutes to London. Half of the current students are boarding students, and 30% of the students are international students. 

Academic Success:

The proportion of teachers to students in the Woldingham is 1:7, and the students can get more resources. Science is one of the best subjects. In 2019, 73% of graduates got A*-B results in the A-Level, and 47% of students got A*-A excellent results. Students also have the opportunity to pursue an Extended Project Qualification, in which they can develop their research and presentation skills in a particular area of personal interest. Most of the students are able to enter the first-class universities in the UK and all over the world, including Oxford, Cambridge, Durham University, New York University, University of Toronto etc.

At Woldingham, Boarders live amongst their own year group. They are cared for by their Housemistress and are supported by a team of Residential Assistants who work in each house during the evening. The first two steps, through Marden and Main House, foster a real sense of community amongst the girls at Woldingham and set the ground rules essential to school life.

Extracurricular Activities:

To provide better learning environment, Woldingham has built a multi-functional sports center, including gymnasium, fitness center, dance room, squash court, indoor swimming pool, tennis court and so on. At the same time, the school also encourages students to take part in drama and music performances. The Choir and Orchestra have often been invited to perform in the UK and even Europe. Thanks to the geographical location, students could enjoy the art and drama performances in London frequently.

School also attaches importance to art. Almost every year, graduates receive offers from Central St Martins. Meanwhile, Woldingham School students have won numerous awards in drama, music and art. Some girls even won the Best Actress Award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
